1. Registered email address.
2. New email address.
3. The date of your payment.
4. Payment amount.
5. Payment method (Google Play, Apple App Store, PayPal, Credit/debit card, CryptoCurrency).

Lastly, some additional information about the payment method is necessary in order to confirm the ownership of your account:

For **Google Play Store payments**, please provide the GPA number of the purchase.

If you have paid via the **Apple App Store**, please provide the transaction ID from Apple App Store.

If you used a **credit/debit card** on our website, please provide the cardholder's name, last 4 digits, and expiry date of the card, that was used to make the payment.

For **PayPal** purchases, please provide the transaction ID of the payment.

If you have used **CryptoCurrency** to make a purchase, please provide the CoinPayments ID.

Note: This information is required in order to avoid possible unauthorized changes.

How can I change my e-mail address?

If you are not receiving sign-in letters with verification codes from Sonics VPN, you might need to whitelist our address in your email settings.

## Gmail
To whitelist our email address in Gmail, perform these steps:

Log in to your Gmail account, press the gear icon, and select “**Settings**”.

Go to “**Filters and blocked addresses**”.

Press “**Create a new filter**”.

Enter the **support@sonicsvpn.com** email address in the “From” field and press “**Create Filter**”.

Check the “**Never send it to spam**” box and click “**Create Filter**”.

## ProtonMail
To whitelist our email address in ProtonMail, perform these steps:

Log in to your ProtonMail account, and go to "**Settings**" found at the top of the window.

Click on "**Filters**", then "**Spam filters**".

Proceed to the "Allow list".

Click "**Add**" and then insert the **support@sonicsvpn.com** email address and press enter.

## Yahoo! Mail
To whitelist our email address in Yahoo! Mail, perform these steps:

Log into your Yahoo! Mail account and select settings by clicking on the gear icon.

Scroll down the menu and select "**More settings**".

In the left-hand menu select "**Filters**".

Select "**Add new filters**".

Type a name for your filter.

Select "**From**" as the rule and "contains" as the filter criterion under "**Set rules**".

Then, enter the **support@sonicsvpn.com** email address to whitelist all emails that come from this address.

Under "**Choose a folder to move to**" select "**Inbox**". This ensures that all emails will arrive in the inbox and never be sent to spam.

Click "**Save**".

Once the filter has been successfully created, you can view it under "**Your Filters**".

## Outlook/Hotmail
To whitelist our email address in Outlook/Hotmail, perform these steps:

Log in to your Outlook/Hotmail, go to Settings top right page, expand it and click "**View all Outlook Settings**".

Click on "**Junk Email**".

Click "**Safe senders and domains**".

Click "Add" and then insert the **support@sonicsvpn.com** email address and press enter.
